Seal Coating MI

Sealcoating your asphalt surface is a very important maintenance correction.  Our team of experienced Asphalt Contractors understand that a professionally done Seal Coat can protect and extend the life of your asphalt.

What are the Benefits of Sealcoating?

Sealcoating protects your surface and extends the life of your asphalt by sealing out the elements.  Asphalt sealcoat also beautifies and enhances the look of your driveway or parking lot.  A fresh SealCoat gives your surface that shiny brand new look.

How does Sealcoating protect your surface?

An Asphalt Seal Coat minimizes water penetration and slows down oxidation.  Sealant also minimizes sun damage, wind damage, rain, snow, frost, and ice damage.
By reducing the penetration and impact of these elements, your driveway or parking lot will look much better and last much longer!  In fact studies done by the Asphalt institute have shown that regular cracksealing and sealcoating can more than double the life of your pavement surface.

Are all Asphalt Sealing Products the same?

No! The manufacturing process, standards and materials used in the making of sealcoat vary greatly.  Our team here at Advanced Sealing and Paving uses only the finest commercial grade asphalt sealant.  Cutting corners on your sealcoat product and installation is simply not worth it.

How long will the blacktop sealant last?

The industry standard answer is 3-4 years but your situation could be unique.  Wear and tear, weather, quality of installation and product can all impact the life and needs of your sealcoat.  If your surface is turning gray and you see small cracks it may be time to have one of our sealcoating professionals come have a look.

My driveway Is Brand new.  Should I sealcoat it right away?

No.  Your surface must age for 6-12 months before the asphalt is properly cured.

So give us a call today and we’d be happy to come out to your property and see if a Sealcoat would benefit and extend the life of your surface.
